Manage subscriptions

My Subscriptions shows each plan, its server, current state, payment method, and renewal or expiration date.

Renewal and cancellation​

Turn automatic renewal on or off. Cancellation keeps Premium active until the current paid period ends; it does not remove access immediately.

Use Billing Portal for Paddle subscriptions when you need the available billing controls.

Move a subscription​

  1. Click Move on the subscription.
  2. Choose the target server.
  3. Review the warning and confirm.

You need Administrator on the target, and it cannot already have active Premium. A subscription can move once every 24 hours, and the Premium bot leaves the old server immediately.

Check the target carefully

A transfer moves the bot and features at once. Avoid doing it during a live event or active support period.

Transfer failed?
  • Choose a different target server.
  • Check Administrator.
  • Make sure the target has no active Premium.
  • Wait 24 hours after the previous move.
