Customize your Premium bot

Match the Premium bot to your server’s identity, or run Wicks through a Discord bot application you own.

Customize the identity​

Change the bot name, avatar, banner, activity type, and activity text. Add a stream URL for Streaming status. Images can be PNG, GIF, JPG, or WEBP up to 10MB.

Save changes and use Restart Bot once if the new identity does not appear after a short wait.

Use your own bot​

  1. Create a bot application in Discord Developer Portal.
  2. Enable required Privileged Intents, including Server Members and Message Content.
  3. Choose Use your own bot in Wicks and paste its Token.
  4. Save, wait for restart, then use the invite link to add it to your server.
A Token is the bot’s password

Never share it or include it in a screenshot or public repository. If exposed, regenerate it in Developer Portal and update Wicks immediately.

You can update the Token later or choose Switch back to Wicks bot, which removes the custom Token from Wicks and restarts the default bot.

Bot offline?
  • Check that the Token is valid.
  • Enable required intents.
  • Restart once and wait briefly.
  • Contact Premium support if it stays offline.
