Moderation and safety
Customize moderation commands
Control every command separately: who can run it, where it works, and whether Wicks removes the command message or its reply.
Path
Dashboard → Your server → Mod Commands- Choose a command such as
banorclear. - Enable it and add text-command aliases when useful.
- Select allowed or blocked roles and channels.
- Choose whether to auto-delete the invocation or Wicks reply.
- Save and test with an account that has the original Discord permission.
How the lists work
- Enabled Roles / Channels: when filled, the command works only there.
- Disabled Roles / Channels: explicitly blocks the selected items.
- Discord permissions such as
Ban Membersare still required.
Avoid conflicting rules
Do not put the same role or channel in both allowed and blocked lists. Begin with a small allowlist for your moderation team.
The dashboard covers member punishments, message and channel tools, roles, nicknames, and voice moderation. See the moderation command reference for syntax and permissions.
Expected result
The right user can run the command in the selected places, while Wicks rejects it outside your allowed roles or channels.
