Troubleshooting

Run this checklist before changing settings. Most problems come from role order, a channel override, or a change that was not saved.

General checklist

1. Confirm Wicks is online and still in the server.
2. Move its role above the role or member it needs to manage.
3. Check channel and category permissions, not only server permissions.
4. Open the dashboard and confirm the setting is enabled and saved.
5. Test as a regular member in a private channel.

Problem	Check first
Command missing	Command status, allowed roles/channels, and reopening Discord.
Missing Permissions	Role order and the matching channel permission.
Ticket not created	Manage Channels on the category and support-role order.
Image upload fails	Supported type and the 5MB or 10MB page limit.
Log missing	Log channel, View Audit Log, Send Messages, Embed Links.
Role not assigned	Manage Roles and role order.
DM missing	Member privacy and Premium availability.
Premium locked	Subscription server and Premium bot status.

Before opening a support ticket, prepare the module name, expected and actual result, error message, time, and a screenshot without Tokens or sensitive account data.
