Why is my server missing from the dashboard?
Use the Discord account with Manage Server, then sign out of Wicks and back in. An Invite Bot button means you can manage the server but Wicks is not there yet.
Why does a command fail after I allow the role?
Wicks settings do not grant Discord permissions. The user still needs permissions such as Ban Members, and their role must be above the target.
Why did my published message keep the old design?
Published messages do not always update automatically. Republish the ticket panel, rules, or Embed after saving.
Do I need Premium?
No. Core modules and commands are available for free. Premium adds a dedicated bot, multiple forms, advanced tickets, automation, and other features listed on the Premium page.
Can one subscription work on several servers?
No. One subscription belongs to one server, but you may transfer it to another eligible server once every 24 hours.
Why did the welcome DM fail?
Welcome DMs require Premium, and the member may block direct messages from server members. Wicks cannot override Discord privacy settings.
Can Wicks punish the server owner?
No. It also cannot manage a member or role above its own role.
