Use the dashboard
The dashboard is where you enable Wicks modules, choose channels and roles, and customize messages.
wicks.bot → Sign in → Dashboard → Your serverChoose your server
- Open the Wicks Dashboard and sign in with Discord.
- Find the server you want to manage.
- Click Manage to open its settings.
If you see an Invite bot button, you can manage that server but Wicks has not been added yet.
Find your way around
Settings are grouped so you can reach the right tool quickly:
Commands, automod, protection, and server logs.
Tickets, welcome messages, levels, colors, and rules.
Automatic replies, reactions, and the Embed builder.
Your custom bot and advanced tools included with your plan.
Change a setting and save it
- Choose a module from the sidebar, such as Tickets.
- Enable it and choose the channels or roles it needs.
- Review the changes shown at the bottom of the page.
- Click Save changes and wait for the success message.
Wicks receives the new settings. Published messages, such as a ticket panel, may need to be sent again before their new design appears.
Who can open the dashboard?
Choose the access level that fits your team in General Settings:
- Owner only — the most restricted option.
- Administrator — suitable for your core management team.
- Manage Server — lets a wider team manage settings.
Use the lowest level your team needs. With Owner only, other administrators cannot enter the dashboard.
Changes did not save?
- Wait for the save confirmation.
- Make sure your connection did not drop during the request.
- Refresh the page and check the saved values.
- Republish the module message when you changed its appearance.
