Create an Embed

Use the Embed Builder for rules, announcements, and longer instructions. A live preview shows how the message will look before you save or send it.

Design the message

Set an internal name and optional text above the Embed, then add an author, title and URL, description, color, inline or full-width fields, thumbnail, large image, footer, and timestamp.

1. Click Add New Embed.
2. Enter a title and description while checking the preview.
3. Add only the fields and images your message needs.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Send, choose a channel, and add optional message content.

Saved Embeds can also be reused by Rules, Auto Reply, and other Wicks modules.

Deletion cannot be undone

Make sure another module does not depend on the saved Embed before deleting it.

Test before publishing

Send the first version to a private channel and check its links, images, and field layout on desktop and mobile.
